The LRC is a small research institute operating on a project by project basis with a core team of three 

• Professor Dominic Powlesland, Director
• Christine Haughton, Assistant Director, Artifact Specialist and Administrator
• James Lyall, Geophysicist and Fieldwork Supervisor 

We engage additional staff on a project by project basis which on occasion has led us to work with field  teams of up to 100 people.
