Discussion

 A north/south aligned ditch in area 12AB, cut away at both ends. This is the earliest of three similarly aligned ditches (with 012AB07192 to the west and 012AB07195 to the east). The ditches were cut by three east/west aligned enclosure ditches (012AB00128, 012AB07171 and 012AB07194), by rectilinear enclosure ditch 012AB07189 and by pit 012AB00498. All three cut through east/west aligned ditch 012AB00242. The ditches are probably Early to Middle Saxon in date.
