Discussion

 A curvilinear ditch in area 12AB, curving north from a north/easterly direction. The central part of the ditch was entirely cut away by ditch 012AB01029 and the western terminus was cut away by ditch 012AB07199. The ditch was also cut by ditch 012AB00724 and by post hole 012AB00070. The fill contained a mixture of finds and had moderate amounts of charcoal and daub flecking throughout. This feature may be an earlier cut of ditch 012AB01029 with an Anglian date likely for both.
