Discussion

 An east/west aligned ditch in the south of area 12AB. The ditch cut through ditch 012AB00674 and was subsequently cut by ditches 012AB00334, 012AB07186 and 012AB07190. The east end of the ditch may have continued beyond Grubenhaus 012AB07004 before terminating, probably cut by the structure. The west end disappeared into the west area baulk. The finds indicate a Late Roman date, probably 4th Century.
