Discussion

A small curvilinear slot in central 11CD. This would appear to be a relatively late feature as it cut through ditch 011CD07113, slot 011CD07117 and Grubenhaus 011CD20016. The western extent was never established; at one time it was thought to continue as 011CD05029 (within master 011CD07117) to form a curvilinear feature, but this was disproved during excavation. The relationship of the south end with ditch 011CD07113 was not established and a southern continuation was not seen. The slot was cut by a small line of north/south aligned chalk stones (not issued with a context number). No finds were recovered.
