Discussion

 A small east/west aligned slot in the west of area 11BA. This is one of several similar features in the vicinity immediately to the west of large curvilinear enclosure 011BA07130. This slot cut through the enclosure ditch. The function of the slots in relation to the enclosure is unclear although they do not seem to progress eastwards into the enclosure area and may therefore be contemporary with at least one phase. They were believed to be some sort of enclosure entrance structure at the time of excavation although a break in the enclosure ditch was not proved at this point.
