Discussion

 A pebble surface in the south of area 11BA. The setting may be associated with the entrance to a small east/west aligned post and trench structure (011BA07132) to the south. The chalk stones varied in size from 1cm to 15cm in diameter. Slot 011BA00427 cut through the surface and pit 011BA00495 to the west was believed to lay under the surface.
