Discussion

 A pit in the south of area 12AB, cut by similarly shaped pit 012AB00620 to the north/west. Both pits were cut by curvilinear ditch 012AB07190. A large amount of finds were recovered from this feature, including an iron knife and a pottery sherd, both of Roman date. The domestic fowl bones are probably the remnants of a complete skeleton.
