Discussion

The number was issued for the removal of the remaining soil in this area, defined by a concentration of finds and animal bones, which was initially forked and then the finds lifted. The majority of the animal bones recovered were sheep/goat. No definition of features was noted after the removal of this spit, therefore a further spit (011AA00177) was removed.
