Discussion

A large, ovate post hole in the east of area 11CD. The slot became visible when the area was trowelled back (spits 011CD05444 and 011CD05577), after stone setting 011CD20000 was lifted. The post hole may be associated with a north/south aligned line of post holes (011CD07120) but the size and position of the post hole make this uncertain.
