Discussion

 A small segment of north/south aligned slot in central 11CD. The slot cut through the east side of the north/south aligned section of Roman enclosure ditch 011CD20017. Although only a small segment of the slot was excavated, a feature of similar appearance is present in the section of ditch 011CD20017 further to the south (see section). A further slot to the west of this feature (master 011CD07192) also cut through the enclosure ditch. The northern extent of the slot was not established and no finds were recovered from the fill.
