Ditch

Phasing

The feature was sealed by 2 spits (011AD00002 and 011AD00004). Although no finds were recovered from the feature, it was obviously post-medieval in date, containing part of an 18th Century U-profiled pipe.

Discussion

This feature was never fully excavated, as it was quickly ascertained that it was a relatively modern drain.
