The data collection and analytical programme which underpins this resource has only been possible thanks to long term support and encouragement from English Heritage with funding from the EH Archaeological Commissions and ALSF grant programmes.  Although the primary dataset is focussed on the area centred upon West Heslerton evidence from a number of comparative areas examined by the LRC are also incorporated.
